CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Conference Registration opens June 1, 2010 and early registration discounts are available through August 10, 2010.

Early Registration Discount: Advance, full conference discounted registration is available through August 10, 2010 at a special rate of $345. After August 10 and on-site, registration will be $395. BONUS: Credit Cards used for early registration will not be processed until August 15, 2010!

The registration fee includes: Tuesday evening reception, Wednesday breakfast, lunch and reception, Thursday breakfast, lunch and Awards Banquet.

Extra Reception/Award Banquet tickets are $50

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations are transferable when requested in writing. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and faxed or mailed to Zyn Systems, P.O. Box 3057. Sequim, WA 98382. Phone: 360-582-9106 Fax: 360-681-8885. Cancellations received by August 20, 2010 will be refunded, less a $30 processing fee. NO refunds will be given for cancellations after August 20, 2010 or for no-shows.

Starting June 1, 2010, you can register on-line using our secure server, or you can download the printable form and Fax or Mail back to the FLC Far West & Mid-Continent Conference Support Center.

Only six blocks from downtown Jackson Hole, Snow King Lodge is surrounded by over 400 acres of the Bridger Teton National Forest.

A limited number of special government per diem rate rooms are available for registered conference attendees at $109 (single/double), on a first come first served basis.

The cutoff date for the special conference per diem room rate is Friday, August 20, 2010 or until the block is sold out (whichever comes first).
